Case Summary

Name the problem: Case 6. 69 y/o R handed female presented to the ER with acute onset left facial numbness and left arm tingling. MRI showed the following image. PMH sig for DM type 2, indolent marginal zone lymphoma s/p rituxan and treanda.

Within 1 month her problem progressed and this lesion was biopsied. Tissue slides are H&E and SV40 stains.
