3 week old male with avg weight gain of 15g/day from birth with this eye finding, bilaterally. Noticed by mother at birth but didn’t bring it up until recently. No photophobia. Pupils respond to light. Sent the infant to see ophthalmology.

Update 1
Patient was seen by ophthalmologist and diagnosed with congenital ectropion uveae. Since it is bilateral, patient was also referred to genetics for futber work up. Stay tuned!
