- History of laparotomy + necrosectomy secondary to complicated pancreatitis
- Develops complex abdominal hernia
- Computed tomography protocol
- Prehabilitation with botulinum toxin 6 weeks before surgery

### TREATMENT:
- Abdominal wall reconstruction with retromuscular mesh
- Heavyweight, macroporous polypropylene mesh
