What electrolyte abnormality is most likely also present in this patient?

A 74-year-old female is brought to the emergency department after being discovered on the floor by her son following a fall the day before. She reports generalized muscle pain, and is shaken by the episode, but is otherwise well. Examination reveals generalized muscle weakness, and a moderately-sized ecchymosis over the right hip, though there is no evidence of a fracture. Laboratory testing reveals an elevated serum creatine kinase (CK) of 33,000 U/L. A urinary catheter is inserted which drains red-colored urine. Which of the following electrolyte abnormalities is most likely also present in this patient? Image credit: @CDN_ICU_MD.
