56 years old, male. He is experiencing severe pain in his left foot that started after a hearty meal of fish and pork. He said he is using Allopurinol, but that medication does not control his uric acid. He also says he can't follow the diet because he likes meat. He is obese and his foot is swollen and hot to the touch. What is the diagnosis?
