Diagnosis
87-year-old male with a history of stroke. Skin lesion first appeared 3 months ago. Patient has been in nursing home care for 18 months and has not received any further treatment. Lesion is 1.5-2cm in width and is a-symmetrical, deep red or purple in color and on the left side of his face. Symptoms include further loss of mental agility as well as speech ability.
