Cervical canal stenosis & herniated disc

49yoM with progressive right triceps weakness 3-/5. Pt has 2-level herniated disc, C4-5, C6-7. Surgical considerations: anterior cervical discectomy & fusion C45, C67 will skip the in between level C56. It may be prudent to include C56 in planned surgery as the likelihood for failure of disc here will be high due to adjacent segment degeneration.
