11 y/o, no history of eczema, acute onset, pictured here at 1 week. Intensely pruritic. Thinking granuloma annulare vs nummular eczema. Thoughts?

Parents were pre-treating with otc antifungals and KOH test was declined. Prescribed topical terbinafine.

I've been trying to get an update for you, but seems lost to follow up. I appreciate all of the expertise on this case.
