Patient Presentation

A 51 y/o Female patient complains of suddenly progressive painful ankle swelling, which starts abruptly.

What is your Differential Diagnosis (Ddx)? And Management?

• Patient was already on A.S.A and Plavix which causes spontaneous hematoma formation.
• Diagnosis Added: Spontaneous Hematoma

Update 2:

• Patient managed on bed rest with leg elevation and ice pack, with follow-up required.
