Refractory Pericarditis

Your patient is a 26 year old with a history of idiopathic pericarditis. Cardiology calls you because an adequate course of NSAIDs and colchicine were unsuccessful and "even steroids just aren't working." They are wondering if this is being driven by an autoimmune disease.

Lab workup including RF, CCP, ANA is normal. She has no other symptoms on exam. CRP remains elevated at 2.9

What would be your next line of therapy?
