22M Female, MVA, Restrained in Car Seat
Pt was brought in by ambulance, on stretcher, no collar, from an MVA. She was extremely calm and didn't attempt to get up or move around in the bed. Although she was capable of moving all extremities and was completely responsive.
These are reconstructed images from her CT of Cspine. Pt was airlifted to a local pediatric trauma center. She had surgery to fuse c1 and 2 on day 4 post accident and is expected to be in a halo for 6 weeks, and make a full recovery.

EMS dispatched for a 62 y/o f on a fall. Upon arrival I found pt sitting on floor A&O 4/4, GCS 15, pain 0/10, diminished R pedal pulse. Pt presents with obvious deformity with open ankle fracture.
Hx: Pt fell from standing height, twisting leg. Pt (+) intox and (+) blood thinners.
Tx: Crew administered fentanyl on scene and stabilized leg with vacuum splint, pt moved with Reeves. (+) PMS throughout. No other deficits found. Pt brought to local level 3 trauma hospital, waiting for eval results.
Pt was extremely compliant with crews, even moving affected leg, causing foot to shift & bleed.
Men vs Machine, so destructive, yet so debilitating. Safely arrived at referral hospital, hope for the best... 34 y.o pt came to ED after a crash accident. Unable to move lower extremities and loss of sensation from hip to toe. VS normal. Here's the LS vertebrae X-Ray
60 year old man with a broken left clavicle. Pt fell from his mountain bike. Pain only upon movement. Is able to move wrist and digits. Denies numbness, tingling, and discoloration if effected extremity. Orthopedic consult didn't recommend surgery was told top follow up in a week.
