25 year old male
Was helping a friend move and starting having a sharp chest pain, no sob, left arm numbness/tingling. Appears healthy if acute episode wasn’t occurring, otherwise healthy, no meds, no allergies, no hx. Up to date on all vaccinations including influenza and Covid.
Vitals are stable. Physical exam is unremarkable.
