76 years old female that underwent cardiac surgery after suffering a iatrogenic tamponade. During surgery she suffers ventricular fibrillation. After 15 minutes of direct heart massage she is put on extracorporeal circulation. Spontaneously she returns to sinus rhythm. After the event she remains in deep coma with severe neurological motor and sensitive deficits. SWI image shows these multiple little hypo intense lesions, not seen in other sequences. CT scan doesn’t show bleed. Could it be air, or maybe just too small bleeding points?
