Case Report
A 10 yrs old girl has been constant fever (39~40C degrees) for about 5 months. She also suffered with intermittent expelling bloody stools. When she was admitted to our hospital, she got anemia, hypo-immunoglobulin, hepatomegaly and splenomegaly. Meanwhile, there was a high copy number of EBV-DNA in her blood. I took colonoscopy for her and found big ulcers and neoplasm in ileocecum, ascending\transverse\descending colon. The immunohistochemistry showed EBER (+).
