Name the problem: Case 11. A 29 y/o R-handed white male with no medical history noticed headaches that began and progressed after two years of living in South Korea and traveling in southeast Asia. Headaches were accompanied with visual symptoms that would come and go. LP showed 18 WBC (87% L), protein 196.5mg/dl, and glucose 60mg/dl and ICP was high at 30cmH20. He was seen by multiple practitioners and was also found to have a supertemporal field defect on examination. No other neurologic symptoms, although he did report some subjective cognitive decline. A classic imaging finding is represented by the red arrows - what is shown? What disease does the history, exam and imaging findings suggest?
