Started as a blue grey puncture wound (image 5) and has worsened over time (day 4 is image 4) Now with distant vesicular satellite lesions (images 2,3) family medicine GP had him on keflex and acyclovir. My ddx: contact derm with secondary infection, recluse like spider bite
