50 yr old Sudanese soldier with no previous chronic disease. He came complaining of that leg wound along with pus discharge for more than 2 months. He just remembered that he might be exposed to a sting bite.....

Pt has a big ulcer around 7cm * 3cm with pus discharge, with sharp border.
