Taking 75mg #Diclofenac twice daily, 7.5mg of #Prednisolone daily, applying betnovate cream daily and taking OCP (minulet). Also encouraging her to elevate the limb for at least one hour a day. Most recent biopsy just said it was inflammation, not specific. Patient complaining that she can do very little activity without spots appearing and says it's usually clear in the morning with spots appearing throughout the day seemingly based on her level of activity. Can anyone suggest diagnosis? Appreciate all of the help!
