Mass with vasogenic edema

49yrs old male known hypertensive brought to ER after being found unconscious by his relatives. GCS 7/15, Pupils - Rt - 6mm SRTL, Lt - 4mm RTL, BP - 200/120mmhg upon arrival. According to the statement of the relative who brought the patient, that he was reasonably well 2 days back. Suddenly the night before admission, while doing some work he felt headache followed by sudden collapse. All investigations are unremarkable.
