Post TAVR --> ER visit
Seventy-something year old M -- went in for TAVR. Pre-TAVR ECG was NSR. Within the image provided, the top ECG was post-TAVR interpreted as 1st degree AV block. The one below was interpreted as 2nd degree, type II AV block. I feel as though the bottom image is actually Complete Heart Block with a 2:1 conduction. What says the hive?

65 y/o woman with no symptoms. Routine EKG shown here has non-specific T wave abnormalities. What rhythm abnormalities does it show?

- First degree AV node block.
- Second degree AV node block, type I.

Third degree AV block, new inferior wall and anterior wall myocardial infarction, complete right bundle branch block
