Strep throat in a 4 year old male on onset (Day 1) and on Day 3 - despite prompt antibiotics (amoxicillin) you can see it progress although it is quite contained. Patient has mild fever and is quite comfortable: nothing unusual here; this is plain-vanilla. Strep has been a mini epidemic here this week; even the clinic receptionist fell foul of it!
