These two raised bumps appeared on a patients lower leg a few months ago and only symptom is itching. Never had any open lesions or drainage to area. Originally appeared like a “bug bite” with redness and PCP treated with oral Abx and now it has formed this slightly firm raised area. I am not sure what this is?? Looking for ideas and does she need derm?
