a 30 year old male presents with lesions on right foot that developed one after the other in last 7 days. The lesions are not painful, doesn't itch but fluid oozes out of them. He also complains of itching on both legs where pin point bleeding can be seen. He is a peddler clothseller by occupation and wears shoes normally.
