A 53 years old male is complaining from overactive bladder causes sudden urgent to urinate, the urge may be difficult to stop and may lead to involuntary loss of urine, in addition to nocturia and kidney pain. He was admitted few months ago to the hospital for neoplasm of uncertain behavior of genitourinary organs and did a cystoscopy to stretch the bladder neck (dilatation). He did pelviabdominal ultrasonographic examination lately which revealed evidence of urinary bladder left lateral wall diverticular outpouching measuring about 9.4 _6.2 cm. Another right lateral wall smaller diverticulum is also noted measuring about 3.6 3.3 cm. No stones or masses. Normal size and echogenicity of the prostate measuring 3.3 4.8 _2.6 cm with average volume of 23.1 ml. Intact prostatic capsule. Prostatic specific antigen (PSA) total level is 2.710 ng/ml. He is diabetic, his A1C level is 7.3.
