Purpura

Palpable purpura in a patient with amyloidosis. The lesions are papulovesiculous on an erythematous base.
Pending determination of cryoglobulins.
Laboratory tests show leukocytosis and elevated ESR.

60 yo male, 4-6 week history of diffuse #Maculopapular-rash, extremely pruritic. Cannot identify any triggers. Treated with cetirizine 20mg daily, prednisone 30mg x 5 days and topical #Triamcinolone. Had no improvement, derm started clobex and #Hydroxyzine. Only minimal improvement.

A 59-y. o. male with a history of arterial hypertension and hypothyroidism was admitted with joint pain, lower extremity edema, hemoptysis, and enterorrhagia. Initial lab tests revealed CRP of 234 mg/L, leukocytosis with neutrophilia.

A 46-year-old woman has been suffering from itching around the eyes since around a year. Itching in the hands form week ago.
