a patient of mine is complaining about this pigmentation which he noticed more than a year ago, it was always the same size as he says, it's not painful nor itchy, therefore the main concern is cosmetic.

He's 25 years old and has a free medical and surgical history.

I think that it's Dermatosis Neglecta, but I'd like to know your opinion about it.

58yom was unaware of this lesion on his back. I found it during routine examination. About 9.5 mm in diameter. Since he leaves for his home country the day after being seen there was no opportunity for biopsy. Would you just follow up, arrange for biopsy, freeze or something else?
