80 years, patient does not know clearly about his health condition, hypertensive, presents ulcer in the 4th right toe (3rd finger previously amputated), without pain and heat, capillary perfusion <3 seconds.

27-year-old presents with malaise, headache, sore throat and rhinorrhea for 1 day, developing a few hours ago the papular rash shown above, mainly on torso and upper legs, nonpainful, but accompanied by an intense generalized pruritus.
