911 response for a male patient who had fallen near a pool. Arrived with middle-aged male patient p/w closed left sided humoral deformity, no bruising, bleeding, or loss of PMS. Pain stated as 3/10. Patient admits to heavy ETOH use throughout the day. Here is the final result upon arrival to ER! Patient refused reduction as he was here on vacation and decided to go home for care.
