9yo female in USA presents to family medicine clinic with 1 week of rash on left check that extends onto left neck. Seem in urgent care center at onset and given cephalexin. Mom reports redness had improved. Today I note that b/l eyelids and right check are mildly rough and erythematous as well with increased skin lines. No new creams or soaps. No hx of eczema. Incidentally this is the same pt I posted last year with gianotti-crosti. I'm thinking contact derm or eczema. May have had secondary bacterial infection (impetigo maybe) on left cheek at onset but I did not see pt at onset. Your thoughts?
