Growing Tumor

Patient is a 39 yo female with a history of osteochondroma of the left iliac crest. The picture on the left is from 2015 and the right is from 2021. Patient came to office with complaints of lower back pain and hip pain and noticeable growth of tumor in just a couple of months. MRI to follow.
