60yrs old male pedestrian vs bike presented to ED in drowsy mentality. Biker was speeding through the pedestrian crossing. N/h/o LOC or vomiting.
Pupils - Right 4mm RTL, Left 7mm NRTL, GCS - E3V5M5, CNS - Drowsy, arousable, But unable to count fingers or see anything in left visual field, Chest - B/l clear, Abdomen - Soft with positive bowel sounds.
