8 year old male with an erythematous lesion that presented 3 days ago on his inner wrist, has now spread to the fingers of the left hand. The lesion now has pustules and is draining serous fluid. Afebrile, no other symptoms present. Only appears on the left wrist and fingers. Non pruritic, but tender to touch. Diagnosis?
