a 22 year old male patient presents with these lesions to hour clinic. he says that the lesions have been present since the age of 2. the lesionz start appearing once he has any trauma to the area of the skin involved. he says for the past 20 years he has been using lincomycin injections which have been helpful in preventing bacterial infections. he is now presenting to us for further management.
