\n\na 40 year old medicaly free female patient came to ER with decrease LOC and yellowish descoloration of skin a sclera of two days duration before 5 days of presenting to ER she done C/S ( because of umbilical cord was twisted ) and the baby was totaly healthy and full term and there is no gestational complications and this is her fourth baby and no past hx of any similar symptoms ,no self or Fx of autoimmune diseases her direct billirubin was very high ,she is negative for hepatitis what are the most probable diagnosis ?
