8 year old with gingival stripping. Originally had anterior crossbite with 24 and E. Deep bite impinging on incisive papilla. Tried bite plane but child non-cooperative. Now being held open by composite bite lugs on K,T. Ortho and perio already involved. Perio graft/frenectomy is indicated.
