48 y/o male hx of hypothyroid, cad. Rash started 1 week ago on right lower leg and back of knee. No fever. C/o slight itching, no drainage. Prescribed Triamcinolone cream with no improvement. Returning to clinic c/o spreading and increased itching. Any thoughts?
