Case Details
- Patient: 84-year-old male
- Medical History: Pacemaker, CHF, HTN, CABG, Stage 3 CKD, CVA
- Admission Reason: Chest pain and syncopal episodes
- Current Medications: Synthroid, Atorvastatin, Carvedilol, KCl, Ranitidine, ASA 81mg
- Current Status: Asymptomatic, Vital Signs stable
- Previous ECG: Paced Sinus Rhythm in the 80's
- Current Issue: Elevated creatinine; cannot catheterize today.
