Male, 72 yo, ischemic stroke one year ago - presents left hemiparesis and occasional phonemic paraphasias since then. #Clock-drawing-Test
he was given these instructions: "draw a clock, put all the numbers, and set the hands to 10 minutes to 2".
Then, the physician drew a clock with numbers and hands set just for him to copy the drawing. No time limit.
*Note: the patient was admitted to the hospital because of a generalized tonic-clonic seizure (secondary epilepsy).
