27 years old female, unilateral (right) shiny palm and dark-colored fingers without sweating. The patient had stress trauma during the last Months. The patient shares that she lost at least 20 - 23 KG in last 3 Months. She is also having unregular Periods (5 - 6 times in 1 Month). Blood tests appeared normal except Thrombocytopenia. What would be your DD for such a case?
