male in 50s w/ history of renal failure secondary to chemotherapy, hypercholesterolemia, anxiety, and stent placement several years prior. Got in altercation trying to restrain family member having psychiatric complications and started having burning pain shoulder blades only. Initially worse with respiration. Reported "burning lungs." Transfer from ED. Treated with fluids, ASA, and morphine prior to our arrival. Top right trop is his 1st, bottom is his repeat. 1st EKGs are from EMS. 2nd from ED arrival. Third is ours.
