Male, 32 years old. This patient had lumbar pain crisis there are seven months. He makes a lumbosacral spine resonance and he discovered that he has two disc hernias. Since then he uses intramuscular injections of Dexa citoneurin. He reports that the pains are intense and so he was applying the injections on himself. Four days ago after applying the gluteal injection, the region was with edema and hyperemia, as shown in the image. What is your conduct in this case?
