Case Description: Male patient, 55 years old, complains of sting of two-day duration while he was at a water canal. Nothing happened until two hours ago when he was admitted to receiving cefotax and two other unidentified drugs. On examination, unilateral hotness, tenderness, redness, and scaling of the skin affected side of the lower limb were observed.
