Hematuria in 17yo female

17 year old, female patient presents to urgent care with frank hematuria that started a few hours ago. She had unprotected sex yesterday with a long time boyfriend. Period ended 3 days ago. She has suprapubic discomfort along with feeling like she has to urinate after emptying her bladder.

In-house urinalysis was positive for blood (250 ery/ul), protein (500 mg/dl), nitrates, and leukocytes (500 leu/ul). Other readings include/ UBG 4mg/dl, BIL 2mg/dl, and pH 5.

How would you handle this in the urgent care or primary care setting?

Update 1

Urine culture had no growth. Negative for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomonas.

Then developed right neck swelling and urgent care prescribed augmentin at this time. Now with worsening cervical LAD. CT neck performed when she re-presented to urgent care. Referred to ED for further work-up. What additional information would you like and how will you begin your work up?
