80yo male skin tear. PT on blood thinners. PT was boating and fell in the boat. Grand daughter (First responder) wrapped it then transported. PT stated he was not in any pain! Tuff old man!

35 yo male. chief complaint of a laceration to axillary region after falling from a motorized fishing boat that ran over chest and legs. Patient was pulled from water and transported to local hospital. all vitals were in stable range. Patient walked to ambulance. I was originally concerned of penetration to chest wall and water from the lake in wound. Patient was taken to OR STAT. No penetration to thoracic cavity per follow up with surgeon.
A 56 year old man presented himself to my consult with history of trauma to his lower left limb. He supposedly jumped off his boat at the beach and landed on his left foot. Pain was the main concern, and inflammation of left knee was evident in physical examination with limitation to the articulation movement. AP XRay is shown.
