3 yo M with history of eczema is brought in by his mother for recent widespread worsening.
She had stopped topical steroids several weeks ago because she thought it was looking infected and began applying Neosporin to the lesions. His skin continued to worsen. I told her to stop the Neosporin because it may be worsening this rash. Any thoughts on other avenues to pursue with this child? (He has not been to a dermatologist yet.) Thanks!
