7 y/o patient fell off playground equipment 1h prior to arrival. Obvious deformity. Reduced in ED by ortho resident, sent to me for follow up. Injury and post reduction films included. What did I see that made me say I needed to see the patient today and what treatment options can be considered. #pedsortho #Fracture
