Non-painful lesion discovered on the lateral aspect of the knee ~3 days ago on a 72 year old female presenting to physical therapy. Peri wound redness was not present this morning and did not start until a few hours ago. No heat, pus. Skin and wound are dry. Patient advised to monitor area of erythema by drawing a circle around current perimeter and return to MD with any sign of worsening.
