50 year old female.

She came to the clinic complaining about itching in her skin (especially face and head, back, lower and upper limb).

Warm hands palms and feet soles which causes redness.

Dermatologist said its psychiatric case.

She suffered from vitamin D, B12 and calcium, iron deficiency in the past but her results before month was good and in normal ranges. Hypothyroidism in the past also but TSH result was fine.

IgE test result was fine also.
