44 year old female that presents to UC complaining of SOB x 4 days. Symptom is progressively getting worse and today she was completely out of breath walking from the car to the clinic. No prior medical hx or medications. History of smoking hookah daily for the past 8 months. Denies chest pain, nausea, vomiting, diaphoresis. Pso2 92% upon arrival. HR -115 RR 24 temp 99.2 BP 114/82. Exam shows diminished lung sounds, no accessory muscle use, otherwise unremarkable. EKG shows T wave abnormality and ST depression. Thoughts?
