• Antecedents: Grandfather with unspecified skin cancer
• History: 4 years of chronic sinusitis with 6-7 episodes of acute sinusitis annually
• Physical Issues: Deviated septum since adolescence
• HIV Status: Negative
• Other significant medical history: None

Symptoms

• Duration: Mild headache for 4 years, treatable with NSAIDs
• Pain: Not persistent
• Other: No postnasal drip, no fever
• Lymphadenopathy: Tender, soft, movable, bilateral (~2 cm)
• Neurological: Denies abnormalities
